Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items or customised services that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
There are two ways to pay: with a card through Pay Pal or by cheque. See below for details.
1) You can pay with a card through Pay Pal which is a secure way of shopping on the internet or you can pay by cheque.
Is PayPal safe to use?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
2) You also pay by cheque. You place your order and choose the option to pay by cheque. We will invoice you once we receive your order. You send us the cheque and once we receive it, we send you the goods.
For both the options above, when confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping charges for the UK are added to your order when you make your purchase.
International charges will be made on an individual basis. We will provide you with a quotation when you contact us by e-mail at the following address: shop@creativekinesiology.org
We aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible which means that for the UK you will normally receive your goods within 7 working days. Occasionally, however, it may be that goods take longer to arrive. If you have not received your order within 28 business days please contact us at shop@creativekinesiology.org
International orders will take longer to arrive. They are generally sent out within 14 working days. If you have not received your order within 28 working days please contact us at shop@creativekinesiology.org
Custom-made items by Anna Bouvie may take longer to arrive than stated above due to the fact that they are hand-made to order, each piece being specially designed. Anna will agree a delivery date with you when she contacts you to discuss the piece being made.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All orders are VAT free.
All card payments are made through Pay Pal as a secure and safe way to pay.

Creative Kinesiology do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
