Judith Hart KFRP (Adv) - Tavistock, Plymouth & Exeter, Devon

Judith trained in Creative Kinesiology (CK) with Carrie Jost and Natalie Davenport, whilst in Guatemala, Central America. As well as doing individual sessions, she now teaches “LifeTracking ”, the CK School’s foundation kinesiology course, “Way of the Tracker” professional kinesiology training and an Interpersonal Skills course. The two latter courses she runs with fellow kinesiologist Ali Ashby. Judith also runs a monthly LifeTracking spiritual development circle in Plymouth and Tavistock.  See the calendar for details of all courses and workshops.

Judith is a Reiki-Master Teacher, practising and teaching many different types of Reiki, such as Karuna, Golden Era, Usui, Shamballa and more. She is also qualified in Holistic Body Massage, Indian Head Massage and trained as a Meditation Teacher in Peru and Ecuador in South America. Judith has studied the Native American Medicine Wheel Teachings for around four years and the Mayan Calendar Teachings from Central America for over eight years.

Judith had a varied career before training in Creative Kinesiology. She spent around six years as a production assistant and researcher for BBC TV & radio news programmes in London, latterly working on Radio 4’s “From Our Own Correspondent”. Also, a few years were at Mencap as a support worker for adults with learning disabilites.  Judith lived in Italy for three years, working as an English conversation teacher and spent two years living in Central and South America studying indigenous cultures and native healing techniques, particularly from the Mayan and Inca traditions. She has returned for further study over the years. Her love of indigenous cultures was initially sparked by a degree at Newcastle University in Social Policy and Anthropology and a trip to Australia to study the Aboriginal peoples.

In her spare time she is a novice silversmith, making jewellery from her workshop at Powdermills Pottery on Dartmoor and practices yoga and the martial art of Taekwando on a regular basis. She speaks Spanish and Italian semi-fluently and has recently discovered that body-surfing in Cornwall is fantastic fun.
